Shipping Policy

Owner’s Box Cards currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during special launch periods.

During beta launches, new product releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly. We will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders will generally ship using USPS or another available carrier at our discretion. Available shipping options, rates, and promotions may vary by product, order value, destination, and launch period.

Some products may include free shipping when stated on the product page or at checkout. Other products may have shipping calculated or charged separately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, destination, and other delays outside of our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Owner’s Box Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first and notify us at info@myownersbox.com so we can help review the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Owner’s Box Cards is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@myownersbox.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@myownersbox.com with your order number and clear photos of the sealed package and product condition before opening.

International Shipping

Owner’s Box Cards does not currently offer international shipping.
