When will my first box ship? Will the shipping method contain a tracking number?
Your first box will ship within 72 hours, and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary by carrier.
What kind of card packs are in your boxes? Modern or Vintage, and Retail or Hobby?
Our boxes primarily feature Modern packs (produced within the last 2-3 years), but occasionally include Vintage packs to offer special cards from notable years (e.g., 2018 Topps Series 2 Hobby with Ohtani, Soto, and Acuna Jr. Rookie Cards). We strive to provide packs from Hobby Boxes, though highly desired retail packs with exclusives may also be included to ensure diversity and value at the best prices.
Are the vintage packs all "junk wax"?
Definitely not. Vintage packs in our boxes come from years featuring highly sought-after cards (e.g., 1989 Upper Deck with Ken Griffey Jr. Rookie Cards, 1992 SP with Derek Jeter Rookie Cards).
Are the same packs included in each tier of subscription? Do the packs change from month-to-month?
Each subscription tier has its own specific packs, though some overlap may occur. Tiers are differentiated by the desirability and cost of the packs. Box contents may change monthly or quarterly, depending on product releases and availability.
Are your boxes "searched"?
Absolutely not. We understand concerns about searched boxes. Our packs come from sealed cases or boxes, and packaging facilities are under video surveillance. Each box is sealed with a tamper-proof seal.
How easy is it for me to cancel my subscription?
Canceling is simple. Email us to request cancellation. If your box hasn't shipped, you'll be refunded and your subscription will end. If your box has shipped, you'll be charged for that box, but your subscription will end thereafter with no further charges.
