Refund policy
All sales are final.
Owner’s Box Cards sells sealed collectible trading card products. Due to the nature of sealed trading cards, randomized pack contents, and the risk of tampering, fraud, resealing, pack searching, card swapping, or changes in market value, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We do not offer refunds or returns for opened boxes, opened packs, dissatisfaction with pack results, specific cards not being pulled, buyer’s remorse, duplicate cards, changes in product value, or changes in market value.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@myownersbox.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer sealed Owner’s Box package and it's condition before opening. We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
To be eligible for review, damaged or incorrect items must be reported before the product is opened, altered, discarded, or tampered with.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
For products advertised with free shipping, no separate shipping charge will be refunded because shipping is included as part of the listed product offer.
If a replacement is approved due to a verified fulfillment error or approved damage claim, Owner’s Box Cards may cover the replacement shipping cost at our discretion.
Owner’s Box Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please contact the carrier first and notify us so we can help review the situation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final except for verified fulfillment errors or approved damage claims.
